With airports as our playing field, we challenge ourselves to be better at what we do, every day. For passengers we offer a comfortable customer experience, while at the same time behind the scenes we ensure safety, punctuality and efficiency. Next to the airport services we currently offer at Eindhoven Airport, as of the 1st of April 2021 for Transavia at Schiphol Airport and in the near future at Lelystad Airport, Viggo is active in the cargo market. We provide our customers the same value proposition in every segment: customer satisfaction and controlled processes are indispensable.
To accomplish this, different departments within the organization work together where processes are critically evaluated to allow for optimization of every business solution. This results in a continuous improvement loop increasing our service level. With the experience we gained yesterday, we act today to make sure we do better tomorrow. This is what we strive for every day, both within our own organization as well as in consultancy projects for third parties.
